Qualification – B.A in Education/ B.Sc in Business and Management/
B.Sc in Social Sciences
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the related field.
• Proficient command of spoken, written and presentation skills in English
• Ability to conduct training programs on various topics such as leadership development, team building, communication skills, and management techniques.
• Ability to develop training content and materials based on the needs of the target audience and organizational goals.
• Ability to use engaging tools and emerging technologies in a learning environment.
• Ability to participate and assist in different leadership and management development activities.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans, maintain records of training activities and provide consultation and guidance to management on various professional and management development topics
