Procurement Engineer:
• Qualification: Should be an Engineering Graduate preferably in Civil.
• Shall have Minimum 4-5 years of Experience, working with Saudi Aramco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company & client purchasing and procurement policy to ensure that all work undertaken is delivered on time and to specification.
• Establish KPIs to suit the needs of service and subcontract Order’s to evaluate progress & performance.
• Negotiate payment terms, and contract conditions & liaise with Finance, Accounts and internal customers.
• Analyze all suppliers to assess their ability to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analysis and supplier preference study.
• Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
• Review and manage supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
• Perform performance review with supplier to drive continuous improvements.
• Monitor Cash flow, Budget needs & reflect with actual procurement decisions.
• Basic understanding about Saudi Aramco IKTVA (Inside Kingdom Total Value Add) program.
